Illegal Wars

A Constitutionally Correct look at the actions that 3 Congressional Representives took regarding "The War in Libya.  Congressmen, Dennis Kucinich (OH, Democrat), Walter Jones (NC, Republican), and Tim Johnson (IL, Republican) announced their intention to file a lawsuit to stop Obama from taking our troops to war with Libya, stating "It is Illegal for him to do so without congressional authority."
